TRIARCHY makes it to LG FASHION WEEK IN TORONTO!!!

Triarchy has moved on to the finals in the MB Startup Program which will take place at LG Fashion Week in Toronto. October 17th to the 23rd, 2011. !!!

SPRING '12 is underway!

Had the amazing privelage to work with Aardvark printing to get some of our stationary needs met. These guys are located in Los Angeles and put the same care into their paper products that we do into our jeans and bikes.


They use all vintage printing presses and the whole experience makes the product that much more memorable. FYI http://www.aardvarkletterpress.com/index.htm


Besides that - Spring '12 sampling is officially underway and we couldn't be more excited...or secretive...

Photo Shoot completed - Website Launch Imminent - 07/11.

Hello All,

We assembled the team in Vancouver last week to shoot our first look-book with the amazingly talented Greg Swales. After a couple location delays we pulled off a shoot that was better than I could have hoped for!

No teasers of the actual images...you'll have to wait until the website launches in July.

OUR HANDS ARE BLUE - BUT WE ARE NOT!

Chaos and Coincidence could describe the last few weeks in Los Angeles.

Personally doing quality control on 1800+ garments is an ambitious undertaking, but that attention to detail is what Triarchy stands for.

Delivering the best product we can, with timeless tradition in mind. 

Once we are sure our jeans pass the test, they are hand numbered by us, personally.

Remember when I said quality control on 1800+ garments was ambitious? Imagine hand numbering 1800+ garments!

The wash process has begun...

The 2011 product is nearing it's release - we've just begun running the men's cuts through our wash house.

Introducing: The Triarchy T-1

THE TRIARCHY T-1

This is the first Triarchy bike that we have been building during the prototyping and production phase of Triarchy Denim. 

Developing the denim styles and motorbikes in tandem has lent a lot of inspiration both ways. (The colour palette of our denim hardware is a direct reference to our bikes.)

Here is the T-1 nearing completion along with it's tech specs.

Motor: 1977 Triumph Bonneville 750 - 5 speed

Frame: 1969 Triumph Bonneville

Rear frame: +4 inch hard tail

Front wheel: 19 inch rim, spool hub

Rear wheel: 18 inch rim, modified 1977 Triumph hub

Rear brake: Ducati Brembo caliper. Brembo MC.

TRIARCHY LIKES 2011

As January comes to an end...

The Triarchy team has been back in L.A. for a few weeks now & final prototypes are making their way out of the factory - the cuts & washes are looking awesome.

We did final fits with Ania and model Hollie Jagen, who was a pleasure to work with - not only did the jeans fit Hollie perfectly as well, but she kept saying how comfortable they were! 

Add to that - taking the Triarchy H-Trouser Women's Denim for a test drive today; Ania was wearing them, standing in line at Coffee Bean when the woman behind her tapped her on the shoulder and said: "Hey, sorry to bother you, but I was wondering where you got your jeans?... I really like the pockets."

NEEDLESS TO SAY, WE ARE ELATED!

Remember, Remember the 5th of November!

The Triarchy chopper is alive and well, and what better day to fire it up for a shakedown ride.

Next comes complete disassembly for paint and cosmetics. We can't wait to see how this will look in the spring...with our denim riding in Triarchy style.

Final Prototyping.

Final prototyping is underway in the City of Angels. We're working with some amazing people down here and know that these collaborations will realize the final product Triarchy has always had in mind.

Triarchy Chopper - Progress with Rolling Chassis!

Lookin' good so far. We got a disc rear brake with brembo caliper and MC, 70's octagon oil tank, motor is freshened up and ready to fire, carbs cleaned and jetted, forks rebuild and dropped... just a brake line, chain + battery and wiring and it's ready for a shakedown run!

Triarchy Chopper - A new frame found!

As with our denim hardware, we want to keep it old world, so decided to roll with a non OIF (oil-in-frame) and got really lucky finding a 1969 frame in North Carolina. Add to that a classic 4-inch bolt-on hard tail and we are in business:

Keeping it simple with a seat on 3-inch springs, friscoed sportster-peanut, suicide shift, and drag pipes:
